You act as a subject matter expert for construction, repairs, and vendor performance. The role also emphasizes exceptional client service, productive claims collaboration, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct inspections to assess damage and repair scope
- Prepare estimates considering quality, methods, costs, and safety
- Analyze vendor assessments for legitimacy and containment




- Collaborate with claims teams to improve repair efficiency
- Deliver client service aligned with claims standards

Requirements:

- Five years’ contractor or trade experience in claims
- Property or commercial claims background
- Building construction and trades certificate or training
- Occasional travel and personal vehicle required
- French is an asset; English is required
