Lead operational resilience strategy at Canada Life, applying risk management and business continuity expertise to strengthen organizational preparedness. This is a permanent full time opportunity. Reporting to the Director, Operational Resilience, the Manager executes Canada Life’s enterprise resilience strategy. You will develop resilience practices, support regulatory alignment, and collaborate with business units, technology, risk, and compliance partners. The role focuses on helping the organization anticipate, prepare for, respond to, and recover from operational disruptions. Key Responsibilities:





Develop and implement operational resilience strategies aligned with regulatory expectations Integrate resilience practices into operations and strategic decision-making Map critical services and set impact tolerances Conduct scenario testing and manage related issues and actions Maintain governance structures and drive continuous improvement Requirements:

Post-secondary business degree, diploma, or equivalent experience Five-plus years in risk, resilience, or continuity Experience within financial services or a regulated industry Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry best practices Strong analytical, problem-solving, and collaboration skills Apply operational resilience, business continuity, and risk expertise to advance Canada Life’s enterprise program and regulatory readiness.
