As a Key Sales and Business Development professional, you will manage existing accounts and develop recent customer engagements. Syntronic delivers software, hardware, electronics, and electro-mechanical engineering services across Telecom, Automotive, Industrial, Consumer, MedTech, and IoT markets. The work connects customer needs with internal engineering capabilities, proposals, and quotations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and grow customer accounts in Canada and the United States
- Research prospects and develop new business engagements
- Present Syntronic capabilities and business value to customers




- Develop proposals and quotations with engineering teams
- Cultivate strategic customer relationships and resolve complaints

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent education
- Five or more years of relevant sales experience
- Experience selling software or hardware engineering services
- Excellent English communication, with French considered an asset
- Valid driver's license, car, and travel availability
