Lead quality engineering for Miratech’s cloud-native Workforce Management and Customer Experience platform through automation, microservices testing, and performance validation. As a Senior QA Automation Engineer, you will own testing across the full pyramid for a next-generation platform. Apply JUnit, Playwright or Cypress, REST API testing, and contract testing across distributed systems. Collaborate with engineers, architects, product teams, and domain experts to strengthen quality throughout development. Key Responsibilities:

Design and maintain Playwright, Cypress, and JUnit test frameworks Automate unit, component, integration, contract, API, and regression suites Validate microservice behavior, data flows,



and API contracts Run performance and load tests under peak contact-center volumes Integrate automation into CI/CD pipelines and quality gates Requirements:

Six-plus years of QA Automation experience Java microservices component and integration testing experience Experience with Pact, Spring Cloud Contract, or equivalent tools Performance testing experience using JMeter, Gatling, or k6 Solid analytical and troubleshooting skills Bring senior automation expertise, microservices testing, and quality leadership to Miratech’s Workforce Management platform.
