Reporting to the Operations Manager, this coordinator plans, organizes, and oversees daily branch operations. The position manages production schedules, crew assignments, staffing levels, and recruitment while supporting Project Managers during projects and emergency losses. Success requires organized communication, budget awareness, and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

- Establish departmental procedures supporting production efficiency and safety policies
- Control production schedules, crew assignments, and staffing levels
- Analyze production outcomes, quality control, and project budgets




- Conduct site visits for quality, budget, and safety compliance
- Coordinate equipment, staffing, and health and safety measures

Requirements:

- Two or more years of leadership experience
- Ability to work independently or within a team
- Solid attention to detail and property safeguarding
- Valid driver’s license meeting BELFOR’s Auto Policy
- Preferred construction, restoration, or insurance industry experience
