Lead complex utility infrastructure projects as Project Director with Forbes Bros. Group of Companies through a hybrid Canada-based arrangement. Extensive North American travel is required. This senior leadership role oversees major transmission, substation, and capital construction programs. You will direct operational execution, commercial performance, and stakeholder relationships across multi-site projects. The position requires robust construction leadership, financial management, contract strategy, and executive communication. Key Responsibilities:

Direct utility infrastructure projects exceeding $500 million Oversee cross-border construction, logistics, resources, and sequencing Manage P&L;, forecasting, contracts, claims, and commercial risks Resolve engineering, procurement, regulatory,



and permitting challenges Lead safety, quality, partnerships, and project leadership development Requirements:

Degree in construction management, engineering, or related field 18–20+ years of progressive project delivery experience Senior leadership experience in utility or large-scale construction Knowledge of contracts, finance, joint ventures, and risk mitigation Willingness to travel extensively across Canada and United States Apply senior project leadership, commercial expertise, and stakeholder management to major utility construction programs across North America.
