Manage utility capital projects in the GTA through approved scope, cost, and schedule, combining team leadership with project controls and contract expertise. CoreFactor is seeking a full-time, permanent Project Manager for a client’s hybrid GTA assignment. You will supervise staff, contractors, and customer projects while coordinating outsourcing activities within Project Delivery. The work spans planning, execution, reporting, and improvement. Key Responsibilities:

Supervise staff delivering the capital work program Plan, schedule, organize, and assign project work Coordinate support needs across projects and programs Manage performance, scheduling, control, and project deliverables Ensure protected execution within approved scope, cost, and schedule Requirements:

Minimum 10 years’ business administration and project management experience In-depth knowledge of supply chain, legal, and contracts Experience analyzing project finances, trends, and risks Experience reporting portfolio performance to senior management Experience supervising staff and handling customer complaints Bring utility project leadership, financial oversight, staff supervision, and contract knowledge to capital delivery in the GTA.
