We are a Real Estate Property Management company who is looking seeking an experienced, hands-on Construction & Renovation Contractor to carry out repairs, maintenance, upgrades, and renovations within apartment suites across our residential property portfolio in the GTA.

Key Responsibilities Include

- Complete apartment suite renovations, repairs, and upgrades, including preparing suites for new tenants.
- Perform interior painting, patching, plastering, drywall installation, and repairs.
- Complete general carpentry work, including trim, baseboards, doors, framing, cabinetry, and hardware installation.
- Install and repair flooring, tiles, backsplashes, and other interior finishes.
- Complete minor electrical and plumbing repairs.
- Perform general repairs and improvements to kitchens, bathrooms, and other apartment living areas.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.





Qualifications & Requirements

- Minimum 3–5 years of hands-on construction, renovation, or residential maintenance experience.
- Ability to perform a variety of construction and finishing tasks independently.
- Knowledge of common construction materials, tools, and equipment.
- Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented, with a strong work ethic.
- Valid driver's licence and reliable transportation.
- Own tools and equipment are an asset.
