Engineering Contracts Manager

As part of our continued growth and market expansion, Ensil is seeking an experienced Engineering Contracts Manager with a proven record of achievement.

The Engineering Contracts Manager will lead contract management, bid preparation, contract fulfilment and approval initiatives, working closely with engineering, operations, sales and senior management.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree or higher in electrical or electronics engineering
- Proven leadership experience in an electronics, manufacturing, engineering or MRO environment
- Experience in sales, marketing, contract fulfilment or contract management within a high-tech electronics, aerospace or service organization
- At least five years of experience working in a project-based environment
- Experience with DPAS, FARs and government contract terms is a strong asset
- Strong communication, negotiation,



organizational and analytical skills
- Occasional day trips to Ensil’s U.S. facility are required
