Welcome guests with warmth and professionalism, helping create a smooth, inviting dining experience. The Host/Hostess greets and seats guests, supports service flow, and communicates clearly with guests and colleagues.
Duties
- Greet guests promptly, manage seating, and share accurate wait-time updates.
- Answer incoming calls using professional phone etiquette and respond to guest questions.
- Coordinate with serving and food service teams to support timely, organized hospitality.
- Use POS systems to assist with reservations, seating, or service coordination as needed.
- Your impact: Explicit communication helps guests feel welcomed and enables colleagues to provide attentive service.
Experience
Required: Strong customer service, guest services, communication, and phone etiquette skills, with a welcoming approach and the ability to coordinate effectively in a hospitality setting. Preferred: Food service, serving, restaurant, or hotel experience, along with familiarity with POS systems, including Micros POS, and an understanding of guest-focused service.
Pay: $18.25-$19.25 per hour
