- Chartwell Vista Retirement Residence (622 Admirals Road, Esquimalt, BC V9A 2N7)
- Chartwell Edgewater Care Residence (4989 Wills Rd, Nanaimo, BC V9T 2K4)

Hourly rate - $42.62

Summary

As a part time Registered Dietitian, you’ll support residents’ nutrition and well-being. Your impact: Thoughtful nutrition support can help residents make informed food choices and support their health and peace of mind.
Responsibilities

- Assess residents’ nutrition needs and provide appropriate dietetic guidance.
- Develop or adapt nutrition plans to reflect residents’ needs.




- Document relevant nutrition information in electronic medical records.
- Communicate nutrition guidance clearly with residents and their families.
- Work with residence colleagues to support residents’ well-being.
- Qualifications
- Relevant dietetic qualifications and registration, as required for practice in your jurisdiction.
- Strong knowledge of nutrition assessment and care planning.
- Experience using electronic medical records.
- Preferred: Customer service skills and a respectful, empathetic approach.
- Preferred: Computer operation skills; bilingual communication is an asset.
