IT Project Manager

We are seeking an IT Project Manager to lead technology projects related to mergers, acquisitions, and business transformations. This role involves coordinating cross-functional teams, managing project schedules, budgets, risks, and deliverables, and ensuring a smooth transition of IT systems, applications, infrastructure, data, and services.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage IT projects from planning and due diligence through integration, implementation, and stabilization.
- Develop project plans, schedules, budgets, resource plans, and risk assessments.
- Coordinate with IT, cybersecurity, finance, legal, HR, procurement, and business teams.
- Support technology assessments, system integration, data migration, and vendor management.
- Track project progress, manage issues and dependencies, and provide updates to leadership.
- Ensure compliance with security, privacy, and change-management requirements.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience managing complex, cross-functional IT projects or programs.




- Background in mergers and acquisitions, IT integration, separation, or technology transformation is preferred.
- Knowledge of enterprise applications, infrastructure, cloud services, cybersecurity, data migration, and vendor management.
- Robust leadership, communication, problem-solving, risk management, and organizational skills.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification is an asset.

Work Arrangement: Hybrid, with flexibility required during major project milestones and system transitions.
