Outside Sales Representative (Promotional Products)

Full-Time | Permanent

Edmonton, AB (Sherwood Park) | Onsite

Salary: $40,000–$60,000, plus commission.

Our client is looking for an outgoing, motivated, and detail-oriented Sales Representative to join our growing team! If you enjoy connecting with people, building relationships, and have a competitive drive to succeed, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

In this role, you'll work with new and existing customers to understand their needs and help them find creative promotional product solutions. You'll be part of a collaborative team that values great customer service, strong relationships, and achieving results.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Make daily calls, emails, and face-to-face visits with customers.

- Build and maintain relationships with recent and repeat customers.

- Understand customer needs and recommend creative promotional product solutions.

- Prepare presentations, estimates, and sales orders using the company's CRM system.

- Manage customer accounts and work toward meeting and exceeding sales targets.

- Stay up to date on industry trends by attending product training seminars and trade shows.

What You Must Have

- Proven inside or outside sales experience.

- A track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.

- An established book of business that you can bring with you.

- Experience using CRM software.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Strong listening, presentation,



and relationship-building skills.

- Excellent attention to detail.

- The ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage your time effectively.

- A valid driver's licence and reliable vehicle.

- A valid passport and willingness to travel.
