Worklynx Recruitment is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented CNC Machine Operator for an opportunity with an established manufacturing company. This is a production-focused position involving loading and unloading CNC machines, monitoring machine operations, and inspecting finished parts.

Shift:

- THIS IS A WEEKEND POSITION FRI/SAT/SUN 6am to 6pm

No CNC programming or machine setup experience is required.

Key Responsibilities

- Load raw materials and remove finished parts from CNC machines.
- Start and stop machines using established operating procedures.
- Monitor machines during production to ensure proper operation.
- Visually inspect finished components for defects and quality issues.
- Use basic measuring tools to verify part dimensions when required.
- Report machine malfunctions or quality concerns to supervisors.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and secure work area.
- Follow production schedules, work instructions, and safety procedures.

Qualifications

- Previous manufacturing or machine operating experience preferred.
- CNC machine experience is required
- Basic mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.




- Ability to follow instructions and established production procedures.
- Comfortable performing repetitive tasks in a manufacturing environment.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
