This customer-focused position supports producers through agronomic problem-solving, sales planning, and product recommendations. Work across seed, fertilizer, crop protection, custom application, soil sampling, and crop supplies services.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop long-term relationships as a trusted agronomic advisor
- Manage customer contacts, follow-up, sales plans, and inventory strategies
- Grow seed, fertilizer, and crop protection sales and margins




- Deliver crop scouting and practical recommendations
- Promote bundled solutions, events, demonstrations, and related services

Requirements:
- Degree or Diploma in Agriculture
- Three to six years of ag sales or agronomy experience
- Robust relationship-building, sales, and problem-solving skills
- Valid Class 5 Driver's License
- Required certifications or willingness to obtain them
