Lead fashion retail operations at GARAGE Carrefour de L’Estrie through sales leadership, customer experience, and team performance. Support daily store execution and digital traffic.

Reporting to the Store Manager, the Assistant Manager supports all aspects of store operations at GARAGE. You will lead a high-performing team, optimize sales, and maintain brand and visual merchandising standards. The position also supports inventory management, shipment processing, replenishment, and eCom fulfillment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist the Store Manager with daily store operations
- Lead teams to optimize sales and operational efficiency
- Promote positive customer experiences across store and digital platforms
- Maintain brand and visual merchandising standards




- Process shipments, replenish floors, and fulfill eCom orders

Requirements:
- High school diploma; business education is an asset
- Two years of management experience, preferably in fashion clothing
- Passion for fashion and customer-oriented approach
- Problem-solving, decision-making, and multitasking abilities
- Adaptable availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays
