As an Assistant Branch Manager, you motivate and develop a high-performing Advisor team in a high-volume financial marketplace. You establish sales objectives, strengthen capabilities, support digital education, and promote first-contact problem resolution. You also collaborate with RBC partners to build relationships and support shared business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage talent development and career planning to strengthen engagement
- Deliver results through sales routines and coaching
- Partner with managers to improve branch operational effectiveness
- Coach Advisors on advice, education,



and digital usage
- Build internal, external, and community relationships supporting objectives

Requirements:
- Two years’ people management or coaching experience in financial services
- Two years’ licensed mutual fund sales experience within three years
- Mutual Funds accreditation through IFIC or CSC
- BCO exam completion or eligibility within four months
- Bilingual English and French communication skills required
