Support Investment Client Service with accounting, Excel, and transaction administration in a real estate environment managing financial records and deadlines.

The General Accounting Administrator supports the ICS team with accounting, transaction administration, and non-resident tax matters. You will maintain client and accounting records, prepare reconciliations and reports, and organize documentation. The work requires detail orientation, responsiveness, and coordination across multiple transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain accurate client, tax, transaction, and accounting records
- Prepare monthly financial statements and supplementary reports
- Track cash positions and anticipate potential shortfalls
- Support reconciliations, accruals, and month-end accounting schedules
- Calculate,



reconcile, remit, and file non-resident taxes

Requirements:
- Accounting, business administration, finance, or related diploma or certificate
- Experience with Canadian non-resident real estate tax matters preferred
- Working knowledge of accounts payable and receivable
- Solid Microsoft Excel proficiency, including formulas and pivot tables
- Experience with SharePoint, Teams, and Yardi Voyager
