Int Software Developer to provide development/coding services

Our valued client is looking for an Intermediate Software Developerto provide development/coding services

initial 2 year contract

Responsibilities:

- Production ready micro/event services software with notes from specification.
- Minimum Viable Product ready micro/event services software from specifications.
- Development documentation as defined by a software domain architect.
- Resolution of software bugs as determined by a software tester.
- Developer unit test and unit test reports.
- Timesheets
- Reports which may include but are not limited to:
- Project reports
- Briefings
- Status reports which may include:
- Tasks and activities completed in the last reporting period
- Planned activities to be completed in the next reporting period
- Status and flow of work activities/deliverables
- Potential Issues/Outstanding issues

Must Have Skills:

- 5+ years experience as a Programmer/Software Developer
- 5+ years experience hands-on software development and coding experience using C#.
- 5+ years experience implementing software solutions using established design patterns and contract-first development practices, where formal specifications (e.g., API contracts, interface definitions, and schemas) drive design, development, testing, and integration.
- 1+ year hands-on development experience in the last 72 months, at the time of solicitation closing, with one or more of the following: Messaging Bus (Azure Service bus), Serverless computing (Azure Functions), Multi-model Database (Azure Cosmos)

Nice to Have Skills:

- 3+ years experience using one or both of the following Integrated Development Environments: i)Visual Studio ii)Visual Code
- 2+ years experience with DevOps cycle experience (Azure DevOps) including all of the following: i. repositories and ii. pipelines and iii artifacts
- 1+ year with Graph QL experience.
- 2+ years experience Event-driven (Microservices) software development experience
