Assemble PCBs and box builds in an electronics manufacturing environment, using production, inventory, shipping, and receiving skills.

This Production Assistant role supports manufacturing operations through careful assembly and materials handling. You will pick parts to Bills of Materials, maintain inventory accuracy, and follow established shipping and receiving procedures. The work also includes process improvement, workstation housekeeping, and Health and Safety compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assemble printed circuit boards and box builds
- Pick parts according to Bills of Materials
- Ship and receive materials using established procedures
- Support inventory accuracy and complete applicable cycle counts
- Maintain workstations and follow Health and Safety standards

Requirements:

- Minimum two years in a manufacturing plant setting
- Electronics manufacturing experience preferred
- English literacy, written and verbal
- College diploma
- Team-player approach to production work
