This Accounts Receivable Manager role supports a venture-backed software holding company acquiring vertical software businesses across Canada and the U.S. You will oversee AR, billing, collections, and cash application while supporting portfolio growth. The position focuses on scalable processes, reporting, and consistent execution across entities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead a six-person AR, billing, collections, and cash application team
- Own receivables across CAD/USD multi-entity operations
- Onboard acquired businesses onto a standard AR playbook
- Drive DSO reduction through scalable processes
- Automate receivables activities using available AI tools

Requirements:

- Seven-plus years in AR or order-to-cash
- Two-plus years managing a team
- Multi-entity experience, including holdco or PE-backed environments
- B2B software or SaaS billing experience
- NetSuite or similar ERP experience
