Shape commercial strategy for SYSTRA Canada’s Go Expansion Program, using contract management and risk expertise in an on-site position. Guide decisions across a major transportation initiative.

As Senior Commercial Advisor, you will support the EHTH Alliance and delivery partners throughout project execution. Your work spans commercial leadership, Project Alliance Agreement management, governance, negotiations, and stakeholder alignment. You will advise Project Delivery and Program Controls teams while supporting successful transportation infrastructure outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead commercial management of the Project Alliance Agreement
- Advise teams on contractual, commercial, risk, and governance matters
- Assess, negotiate, and resolve significant commercial issues
- Report recommendations to leadership and governance forums




- Mentor commercial resources and promote continuous improvement

Requirements:

- Degree in business, commerce, finance, engineering, law, or related discipline
- 10+ years in commercial management, contracts, controls, procurement, or delivery
- Experience with large-scale infrastructure, transit, transportation, or construction projects
- Knowledge of changes, adjustment events, early warnings, and incentives
- Robust negotiation, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills
