Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to provide acomprehensive range of I⁢ business analysis services supporting complexbusiness and technology initiatives. The successful candidate will work closelywith stakeholders and subject matter experts to gather, document, analyze, andtranslate business requirements into effective technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Providecomprehensive business analysis services to support diverse business andtechnology needs.

- Engagewith business stakeholders and subject matter experts to gather, document,and analyze business requirements.

- Prepareand provide guidance on business analysis policies, processes, bestpractices, and standards.

- Leadand conduct business analysis activities to assess business challenges andopportunities.

- Documentbusiness requirements in a manner that supports effective solution designand implementation.

- Applybusiness process re-engineering concepts to improve efficiency and servicedelivery.

- Conductbusiness analysis throughout all project phases at appropriate levels ofdetail.

- Developbusiness strategies, business cases, cost-benefit analyses, andfeasibility studies.

- Facilitaterequirements gathering through workshops, JAD sessions, interviews,mockups, and other techniques.

- Createbusiness models, use case models, conceptual and logical data models,process flows, and business rules documentation.

- Monitorproject progress, identify issues, and communicate status updates tostakeholders and management.

- Developperformance measurement frameworks and traceability matrices to evaluatebusiness analysis outcomes.

- Experienceusing Computer Aided Software Engineering (CASE) tools.

- Awarenessof emerging I⁢ trends and technologies.

Technical Experience

- 10+years of experience working as a Business Analyst.

- Experienceconducting requirements gathering and producing business documentation.

- Experiencewith business process re-engineering and transformation initiatives.

- Experiencedeveloping business cases, feasibility studies, and cost-benefit analysesin complex project environments.

- Experiencewith business functional modeling, business event modeling, and businessprocess mapping.

- Experiencecreating GUI designs, user interfaces, and mockups using tools such asBalsamiq.

- Experiencewith Joint Application Development (JAD), Unified Modeling Language (UML),and CASE tools.

- Experienceworking with Document Management Systems and/or Customer RelationshipManagement (CRM) platforms.





- Experiencesupporting enterprise-wide technology environments.

System Requirements Experience

- Abilityto collaborate with business and development teams to define and documentfunctional requirements.

- Experiencecreating business cases, screen designs, business process models,privacy-related documentation, risk-related assessments, andarchitecture-related deliverables.

- Experiencesupporting Business Architecture initiatives.

- Experienceusing information retrieval tools and technologies.

- Knowledgeof Information Management principles, policies, and best practices.

- Abilityto translate business and data requirements into technical specifications.

- Experiencewith business functional modeling, business event modeling, and businessprocess mapping techniques.

- Experienceworking with structured, object-oriented, and Agile methodologies.

- Experiencedeveloping business analysis performance measures and follow-up processes.

- Knowledgeof accessibility standards and regulations.

Work Arrangement

- 5Days Onsite

Must Have

- 10+years of experience working in a Business Analyst capacity with clearlydemonstrated project experience.
