Affim is seeking an experienced Leadership Development Manager, Emerging and New Leaders, to shape how new leaders grow. You will own the end-to-end development journey from consideration of leadership to the first year in role, creating practical, engaging experiences in our remote-first workplace.

You will design scalable learning journeys, test new ideas, and partner across the People team to connect leadership development with hiring, onboarding and ongoing growth.
