This Legal Counsel role advises executive leadership, research and development teams, and business stakeholders on innovation and technology development. You will support commercialization, strategic transactions, collaboration initiatives, and intellectual property protection. The position suits an experienced in-house lawyer with technology-sector exposure.

Key Responsibilities:

- Support technology commercialization and licensing initiatives
- Advise on strategic transactions and business partnerships
- Partner with engineers and business leaders




- Manage intellectual property risks and enforcement strategies
- Oversee global intellectual property service providers

Requirements:

- Significant intellectual property law experience
- Technology licensing and commercialization experience preferred
- International portfolio management experience preferred
- Licensed lawyer in Ontario
- Ability to balance legal risk with business objectives
