Shape Agile delivery at BRP as a Scrum Master Team Coach, using facilitation and coaching skills in a 50% onsite model. Work from Sherbrooke, with some days in Brossard or Montréal.This role supports two secure teams or a collection of teams and leadership. You will guide pragmatic Agile adoption, help teams create valuable increments, and support Product Owners. Your work also contributes to BRP’s global Agile Transformation team.Key Responsibilities:

Minimum eight years in a similar roleExperience implementing Agile systems at scaleExperience creating and using metricsWorkshop creation and facilitation experienceKanban system design and lean operations experienceBring Agile coaching, workshop facilitation, and systems thinking to BRP’s Scrum Master Team Coach community.
