Saskatchewan Health Authority is seeking a Legal Counsel to partner with system leaders and support labour relations across the province.Reporting to the Executive Director, Labour and Employee Relations, the role provides legal opinions, training, and representation at arbitrations, hearings and court matters related to collective bargaining.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in employment law within a unionized setting, a JD or LL.B, and active licensing with the Saskatchewan Law Society.
