Monitor emerging regulations as lululemon’s Senior Regulatory Affairs Counsel, using legal analysis and risk-based advice onsite at least four days weekly.

This senior legal role serves as lululemon’s central regulatory resource. You will interpret legislative developments, assess operational implications, advise cross-functional partners, and support regulatory strategy. The position also engages industry associations and external stakeholders to advance company priorities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Monitor and analyze proposed legislation and regulatory activity
- Prioritize developments affecting operations, products, and processes
- Provide practical legal advice and mitigation strategies
- Present regulatory risks and recommendations to senior leadership




- Support regulatory strategy across a 12–18 month horizon

Requirements:
- J.D. or equivalent degree from an accredited institution
- Active bar admission or in-house counsel registration eligibility
- Five or more years of relevant legal experience
- Solid analytical, communication, collaboration, and influencing skills
- Authorization to work in Canada
