Randstad Canada seeks skilled Embroidery Machine Operators for a three-month contract supporting custom sports apparel production. The assignment may extend or become full time for the right candidate. You will prepare garments, letters, numbers, threads, fabrics, hoops, and designs for each project. This work requires commercial multi-head embroidery experience, technical familiarity with stitch files, and careful inspection of finished materials.

Key Responsibilities:

- Set up Tajima machines using garments, letters, numbers, and DST files
- Select suitable thread, fabric, hoops, and designs
- Perform small troubleshooting exercises when needed




- Inspect machines regularly and report issues
- Detect and report defective materials or questionable conditions

Requirements:

- One to two years of commercial multi-head embroidery experience
- Tajima experience preferred; Bermudan or SWF considered
- Experience with DST files, hoop sizing, and thread tensioning
- Sharp attention to flaws, misalignments, and thread breaks
- Ability to stand and manually hoop garments repeatedly
