Working with the Director of Corporate Services, CAO, Council, Operations, Utilities, and Planning, you will turn priorities into coordinated work. The position suits an experienced project professional ready to run a capital program rather than a single file. A strong delivery record matters.Key Responsibilities:
Develop explicit capital priorities, phasing, and funding assumptionsCoordinate infrastructure projects from scope through completionLead RFP, tender, bid, evaluation,
