You will partner with Franchisees and restaurant managers to drive brand standards, operational performance, and guest experience across a multi-unit portfolio.Reporting to the Director of Operations, you will lead audits, develop action plans, and coach leaders to close gaps, while managing financial performance and food safety within the region.
