Lead talent management and HR operations as ACCIONA’s Senior Human Resources Manager, working in-office in Toronto near Pearson Airport. Regular GTA project-site visits and travel may apply.

This senior Canadian HR role partners closely with the Vice President, Human Resources across ACCIONA’s Construction business. You will guide the HR team, support employees, and balance strategic priorities with hands-on delivery. The scope includes talent, operations, employee relations, and organizational matters.

Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver proactive HR support across ACCIONA Canada
- Coach and guide HR professionals and teams
- Lead talent management and workforce planning initiatives
- Oversee recruitment and internal mobility




- Support employee relations and organizational effectiveness

Requirements:

- Human Resources degree or related diploma preferred
- Progressive experience across broad Human Resources areas
- Experience leading or developing HR professionals preferred
- Solid talent management and HR operations experience
- Sound judgment, communication, and problem-solving skills
