This Transport Scheduler coordinates logistics and supply chain planning for equipment, materials, cargo, storage, and customs. You will support project delivery while managing capacity, transportation documentation, compliance, and cost recovery. The position requires experience in transportation scheduling, dispatch, logistics coordination, or fleet operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate equipment mobilisation, demobilisation, and project deliveries
- Manage import, export, customs, and regulatory documentation
- Administer cargo, driver, and transportation certifications




- Monitor OTIF delivery and transport cost recovery metrics
- Allocate equipment for contract and operational requirements

Requirements:

- Five or more years in transportation scheduling or logistics
- Robust organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills
- Microsoft Office proficiency, particularly Excel
- Ability to manage multiple priorities
- Post-secondary logistics, supply chain, or business education preferred
