As a Developer on the RP Test Management team, you will evolve RAN software testing through autonomous agents, intelligent automation, observability, and pipeline optimization. You will collaborate with development, tools, CI/CD, and infrastructure teams to improve testing and developer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and deploy Agentic AI test solutions
- Operate and scale AI solutions on AWS or other clouds
- Analyze 5G and 6G RAN features through execution
- Forecast test environment requirements and follow implementation
- Educate teams on AI agents and productive testing

Requirements:





- M.Sc./B.Sc. in telecommunications, electrical engineering, or computer science
- Experience building LLM-based agents and multi-agent workflows
- Experience deploying AI solutions with cloud security fundamentals
- Python proficiency and AI agent integration experience advantageous
- Effective communication and complex technical problem-solving abilities
