This regular position is based in Campus Planning, Design and Development.Reporting to the Associate Director, Capital Development and Project Delivery, the Project Manager oversees small to large institutional projects. The work combines project management, construction coordination, financial analysis, and technical reviews. Undergraduate degree in architecture, engineering, or related disciplineMinimum five years delivering institutional projectsExperience with financial analysis and project cost controlAbility to direct qualified consulting teamsStrong communication, analytical, and negotiating skillsBring institutional project delivery, construction coordination, budgeting, and scheduling expertise to capital development at the University of Guelph.
