As Operational Risk and Controls Lead, you will partner with operational leaders and risk partners. The role strengthens controls across insurance servicing, policy administration, claims, distributor operations, and customer service processes. You will support audit readiness, regulatory reviews, remediation, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify, assess, and manage operational risks across business processes
- Support risk and control assessments with Line 1b
- Monitor key controls and recommend control setting improvements
- Coordinate audit evidence, responses, and corrective action plans




- Analyze metrics and drive sustainable remediation actions

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, risk, or related discipline
- Five to seven years in insurance operations or financial services
- Understanding of insurance servicing and distributor service processes
- Experience supporting audits, regulatory reviews, and issue remediation
- Knowledge of risk practices, control frameworks, and governance
