Located in North York, this facility requires dedicated security oversight to maintain a safe, welcoming setting for all visitors and staff. As the Site Supervisor, you will lead daily site security operations, maintain property safety standards, and act as a reliable point of contact for routine inquiries and emergency responses.
Supervise the daily activities and job performance of security guards assigned to the facility.
Conduct proactive interior and exterior patrols to identify facility concerns, policy breaches, and safety hazards.
De-escalate incidents, respond swiftly to alarms or emergencies, and liaise with emergency services including police, fire, and paramedic teams.
Provide first aid and emergency medical response when required.
Assist visitors and employees with a strong customer service approach.
Manage lost and found inquiries and property handling.
Write clear incident reports and complete tasks assigned by the security leadership team and client management.
At least 1 year of security supervisory experience.
Fluency in spoken and written English.
Certifications in Use of Force (UOF)



and Management of Aggressive Behavior (MOAB), or willingness to complete Paladin's training program prior to onboarding.
Legal authorization to work in Canada.
Physical ability to stand and walk for extended periods during shifts.
Experience working in customer-focused facility environments.
