The Senior Financial Analyst joins the Finance and Accounting team in a highly visible position. You will analyse performance, develop financial models, prepare management reports, and explain trends through variance analysis. The work also includes budgeting, forecasting, cash flow analysis, and stakeholder communication.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead month-end and quarter-end financial reporting processes

Prepare management reports with financial commentary and insights

Conduct variance analysis across actuals, budgets, and forecasts

Develop financial models and reporting tools

Present findings to senior stakeholders

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field

CPA, CA, or CMA designation

Minimum five years' progressive financial analysis experience

Advanced Microsoft Excel and large dataset capabilities

Power BI and Power Query experience is an asset
