This experienced designer supports mechanical projects across institutional, office, commercial, cultural, and residential sectors. You will work with engineers and technicians through design and coordination phases, contributing to site surveys, installation analysis, cost estimates, specifications, and technical reports. Client and stakeholder meeting experience is valued.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate technical design for mechanical building systems

Develop solutions tailored to client needs

Support site supervision activities

Analyze and adapt existing mechanical installations





Draft construction estimates and technical documentation

Requirements:

One to three years designing building mechanical systems

Diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline

Experience attending or supporting client meetings

Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines

High attention to detail and commitment to quality
