Neighbourly Pharmacy is looking for a Full-Time Pharmacy Assistant to join our team at TMC Pharmacy in Windsor, Ontario . Support pharmacists and pharmacy technicians in providing high-quality patient care
Greet customers and answer phone calls in a professional manner
Assist with entering, labelling, and packaging prescriptions under the supervision of a pharmacist or pharmacy technician
Receive and stock medication and supply shipments, monitor inventory levels, rotate stock, and support inventory audits
Keep the pharmacy area clean and organized; Perform clerical tasks such as filing, faxing, scanning, and assist with insurance claims and prescription transfers
Assist with daily pharmacy operations and perform other duties as assigned
Previous experience as a Pharmacy Assistant in a retail pharmacy is required
Proficiency with Kroll and McKesson, along with a high level of accuracy and efficiency in prescription data entry, is considered an asset
Completion of a pharmacy assistant program is an asset
Willingness to work flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
The store operates Monday through Thursday from 7:30 AM to 7:00 PM,



Friday from 7:30 AM to 6:00 PM, and Saturday to Sunday from 8:30 AM to 3:00 AM
Candidates must have flexible availability and be able to work both opening and closing shifts, including weekdays and weekends, as required
