Lead sourcing delivery in Dublin for Liberty Blume Procurement Services, managing tenders, negotiations, and supplier selection for Virgin Media Ireland.

As Manager Sourcing Delivery, you will manage end-to-end Source to Contract activities across customer departments and procurement categories. You will support sourcing strategy development, align negotiation approaches, and provide category and supplier insights. The work includes technology, IT, marketing, contact centre, and Virgin Media Television categories.

Key Responsibilities:

Drive RFI, RFP, and RFQ sourcing processes

Manage tendering, supplier selection, and contracting

Renegotiate existing contracts and manage contract lifecycles

Recognize procurement value and achieve agreed savings targets





Coordinate stakeholder management across customer departments

Requirements:

Prior procurement or sourcing experience is valued

Confident negotiation and robust communication skills

Experience analyzing figures, data, and total cost ownership

Proficiency with Oro, GEP, Sirion, Excel, PowerPoint, and AI

Proficient spoken and written English
