Job Responsibility: Mathnasium of Scott Road is hiring a Centre Director to manage the learning centre. The Centre Director oversees all aspects of managing the centre including
Driving new business/ sales
Providing the best quality service to the currently enrolled families through excellent customer experience management and parent communication
Effective administration and staff management
An ideal candidate for this position has impeccable customer management, sales and communication skills, loves working with kids, and has strong math acumen.
Manage and oversee all aspects of day-to-day operations in the center
Market the Mathnasium program by building school and community relationships
Provide exceptional customer service by building relationships with families and communicating student progress
Screen, hire, train, and schedule employees to effectively provide individualized instruction in a group setting via in-center, online, and/or hybrid delivery using the Mathnasium Method
Monitor and grow overall center performance metrics, including profitability and student success
Become proficient with digital educational materials and processes
Support the maintenance of a safe and professional learning environment
Experience in sales and recent business development, preferably in hospitability or retail industry
Previous leadership experience managing / supervising teams
Experience in Customer service management an asset
Proficiency in computer skills
Minimum Bachelor's Degree, preferred in education, math, or related field




Experience working with students will be an asset
In addition to conducting all the tasks and maintaining all the competencies of the center director position, Center Directors are required to have knowledge and be competent on all the tasks and competencies of the Instructor, Lead Instructor, and Assistant Center Director positions as well. Extensive training and support is provided for managing these roles.
