Located in Vancouver, BC, this Clinical Pharmacist role contributes clinical pharmacy services across an integrated group of health employers. You will consult with physicians, nurses, and other providers, assess clinical responses, and individualize medication therapy. Additional responsibilities include preparing professional journal articles, serving as a department resource, supervising learners, and documenting patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

- Consult with healthcare providers on patient therapeutic plans
- Develop drug therapy guidelines for disease conditions
- Prepare case studies and articles for publication




- Provide drug information within assigned practice areas
- Supervise pharmacy students and residents during patient care

Requirements:

- Registration as a Pharmacist with the College of Pharmacists of British Columbia
- Completion of accredited Hospital Pharmacy Residency Program
- Knowledge of research processes and methodology
- Knowledge of organization policies and standards of care
- Ability to establish effective healthcare relationships
