As a founding engineer on the SAIGE team, this Staff Machine Learning Engineer bridges research and software engineering. You will rapidly test potential solutions using LQMs and emerging agentic frameworks. Key Responsibilities:

- Prototype and evaluate potential model solutions rapidly
- Build and validate novel ML models and algorithms
- Clean, transform, and engineer complex datasets
- Study model failure modes and production performance

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience
- Eight or more years of postgraduate software development experience
- Full ML lifecycle experience from exploration to deployment
- Python expertise across the modern ML stack
- Technical leadership across complex, cross-team-oriented environments
