*Join the Weatherhaven Team* Weatherhaven is a global leader in the design and manufacturing of deployable shelter systems and infrastructure solutions. We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented *Technician *to join our Production Team. This role is responsible for operating fabric cutting and welding equipment to manufacture high-quality components that meet customer and company standards. The ideal candidate is mechanically inclined, comfortable working with production equipment, and takes pride in producing accurate, high-quality work. *Key Responsibilities* - Operate fabric CNC cutting equipment to accurately cut materials according to drawings, patterns, and work instructions. - Operate RF (Radio Frequency) and hot air welding equipment to assemble and weld fabric components. - Read and interpret drawings, patterns, specifications, and work orders. - Verify material dimensions, quality, and specifications before and during production. - Perform machine setup, adjustments, and basic troubleshooting as required. - Conduct quality inspections to ensure products meet workmanship and dimensional requirements. - Complete production documentation and maintain accurate records. - Perform routine equipment cleaning and preventative maintenance tasks. - Maintain a clean, organized, and protected work area. - Support other production activities as required. - Perform other duties as required.
