Lead job costing, WIP reporting, and financial controls as Renewal by Andersen’s Financial Controller in British Columbia. This senior leadership role owns accounting across three operating entities spanning British Columbia and Alaska. You will translate financial results into business insights, support growth decisions, and partner with the CFO, CEO, and operational leaders. The work spans financial reporting, forecasting, cash flow, and scalable systems. Key Responsibilities:

Own monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes Strengthen project accounting, job costing,



and WIP reporting Develop scenario models for expansion and operational capacity Lead performance reviews with internal stakeholders Manage 13-week and long-range cash flow forecasting Requirements:

Seven to ten years of progressive finance leadership experience Advanced job costing, WIP reporting, and margin analysis knowledge Experience building internal controls and scalable financial systems Required multi-entity or multi-location experience Robust full-cycle accounting and month-end experience Bring financial leadership, construction accounting, and margin visibility expertise to Renewal by Andersen’s growing operating organization.
