Windows endpoint security and lifecycle management are central to this Specialist position at De Havilland Aircraft of Canada. The role provides hands-on support across DHC and affiliated businesses. Reporting to the Team Lead, Endpoint Management, the Specialist leads complex technical work without direct people-management responsibility. You will maintain secure, compliant, reliable endpoints through provisioning, deployment, recovery, retirement, and disposal. Collaboration includes Cybersecurity, Infrastructure, service center, application, and business stakeholders. Key Responsibilities:

Implement encryption, protection, least privilege,



and patching controls Support complete corporate device lifecycle activities Investigate recurring incidents and implement corrective actions Review endpoint changes for testing and rollback readiness Provide technical coaching and advanced escalation support Requirements:

Diploma or degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience Ten years of progressively responsible Information Technology experience Five years in endpoint management, desktop engineering, or client services Robust PowerShell scripting, Microsoft Graph, and endpoint automation skills Strong communication and customer service skills with technical and business stakeholders Bring Windows security, lifecycle management, and PowerShell expertise to reliable endpoint services supporting DHC’s aerospace operations.
