Support residents and financial operations as a Customer Service and Finance Clerk at Townhall in Hillsburgh, working full time onsite.

This temporary Finance Division position provides front-line service and financial administrative support. You will handle customer inquiries, payments, accounts payable, taxation, revenue administration, and documentation. The role also supports the transition from Keystone to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central through data validation, testing, implementation activities, and process documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide qualified front-counter and telephone customer service
• Process cash, debit, credit, cheque, and electronic payments
• Review invoices, coding, approvals, and supporting documentation

Requirements:

• Post-secondary diploma in business, office administration, accounting, or related field
• One to three years of relevant customer service or finance experience
• Experience handling cash and balancing accurate financial transactions
• Proficiency with Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams
• Satisfactory Police Criminal Record Check
