Build consulting experience through strategy, research, and AI projects at Prophet EMEA. Work with multidisciplinary teams on real client challenges from day one.

The 10-week Associate Intern Program develops your understanding of clients, customers, growth, and transformation. You will contribute as an Associate on project teams, collaborating with Partners, Designers, Insights Specialists, Content Strategists, and other experts. Your work spans business strategy, brand, marketing, and digital strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

- Understand client businesses, customers, growth, and market conditions
- Collaborate on strategic customer, growth, and transformation questions
- Use AI and research to generate actionable insights




- Analyze quantitative and qualitative data for project needs
- Present recommendations to senior leaders and project teams

Requirements:

- Final-year student, recent graduate, or up to two years’ experience
- Business-level German and English communication skills
- Relevant work authorization for the office location
- Familiarity with AI tools, strategy, implementation, or GenAI
- Availability to start between January and July 2027
