We are looking for a professional candidate with a high adaptability, meticulousness, and organizational skills to fill a position as an accounts payable and receivable technician for our four companies.Your roleAccounts Payable Management:Enter vendor invoices into the systemIssue paymentsReconcile vendor statementsSet up recent vendorsRecord credit card expensesAccounts Receivable Management:Prepare manual invoicesRecord customer paymentsPrepare cheque depositsPerform periodic follow-ups on accounts receivable and statements of accountParticipate in the collection of overdue customer accountsReconciliations and Journal Entries:Perform bank reconciliationsReconcile intercompany balancesRecord expense accounts (employee expenses, credit cards, etc.)Prepare monthly journal entriesPrepare tax reports (GST/QST)Assist the accounting department with other related tasksWhat we are looking forRequirements:Diploma in Accounting Technology or equivalent programMinimum of 2 years of relevant experienceExcellent knowledge of the full accounting cycle, bank reconciliations,
